Northport (Malaysia) Bhd. has opened its new consolidated one stop customer
service centre effective 14 July 2004.
The centre aims to provide customers with a one-stop shop that provides the
best possible service to all its customers and greater convenience by
minimising waiting time.
Northport's Customer Service Centre is the latest the series of measures
being initiated to enhance its service level to its growing and discerning
body of customers.
The new customer service centre, located at the Ground Floor of Wisma A, at
Northport in Port Klang consolidates the handling of customer enquiries and
feedbacks from all of Northport's customers nationwide, including its
container and conventional customers.
Customers can use various applications to channel their enquiries or
feedback to Northport including walk-in, toll free-line, hunting line, fax
and e-mail.
Leading edge technology employed in the customer service centre ensures that
enquiries and feedback are routed to the most appropriately skilled Customer
Service Consultant and tracked for easy monitoring in future. |
