To
further enhance its service level to
customers, Northport, at Port Klang
has open two customer service
centres.
The
two centres are located on the
ground floor at
Wisma
A, Jalan Pelabuhan, Northport, 42000
Port Klang and at the Southpoint
Administrative Office, Jalan
Pelabuhan Selatan in Port Klang.
Customers
now have a choice of either going to
one of the customer service centres
which are now more easily accessible
and provided with better amenities.
“With
the two centres instead of the
previous four we are able to provide
a more dedicated customers service
in order to facilitate making speedy
enquiry for both operational and
business matters,” said a company
spokesperson.
Furthermore,
with just two centres the documents
for both containers and general
cargo can be processed without
having to go to separate processing
offices.
