In
an attempt to further improve its
service level to its customers and
also to create a better rapport,
Westport has launched a Customer
Care Centre (CCC) at its One-Stop
Business Centre at its
headquarters in Pulau Indah, Port
Klang.
The
Centre, launched by the
Parliamentary Secretary for
Ministry of Transport, Donald Lim
will introduce personalized
officers that will specialize and
meet specific shipper needs.
“This
will entail assigned customer care
officers ensuring the smooth
movement of containers in and out
of the port coupled with
addressing queries from shippers
on the procedures and status of
container boxes,” Westport said
in a statement.
General
queries on any container related
issue can now be directed to this
centre and will immediately be
attended to by designated
personnel.
