Kontena Nasional Berhad, a whollyowned subsidiary of NCB Holdings Bhd has entered into a joint venture agreement with Tibbet & Britten Group UK, one of the World's top 10 logistics service provider.
 
The new joint venture company, Tibbet & Britten Kontena Nasional Sdn Bhd (TBKN), has been formed to specialise in the provision of warehoisng, distribution and supply chain management services in Malaysia. The company will focus on third party logistics services for major manufacturers and retailers of food and drink, clothing and textiles, personal products and other fast moving consumer goods.
 
Ownership of TBKN is split 60:40 between Tibbet & Britten International Holdings BV, a wholly owned subsidiary of Tibbet & Britten Group and Kontena Nasional Berhad.
